That's the same date and time of the Stockton Symphony's big "Pops & Picnic" concert at Stockton Civic Auditorium, a date long set in stone. Thousands will be there, including me, many of them who support Stockton2020 and who knew Fran. I'm sorry there was no advance promotion or pre-planning coordination in order to avoid this conflict.
